Cancelling your membership

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of the period you already paid for, and will not renew after that.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or exceptional circumstances. Contact support with your account email and the charge in question.
